The hotel is located close to a rail station, making it easy to get in and out of the city. However, there isn't much to see or do in the immediate area. The rooms are spacious and offer a great view of the city. The breakfast is delicious and the staff provides excellent service.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, including the sauna and steam room, were fantastic. The location, although slightly outside the city center, had excellent transportation connections with the tram station close by, providing easy access to the city center.

the hotel location was great. It was very convenient to get to the airport, just a 15-minute train ride away. We also appreciated that it was close to Zurich train station, only 2 minutes away. Additionally, there were plenty of supermarkets and eateries nearby with long opening hours, which made it easy for us to find places to eat. the location was perfect for our city trip.
The breakfast at the hotel was a big disappointment. When we arrived at 6:50 am, they had already run out of croissants and rolls, and there were very few other items left.

Staying here was truly a luxurious experience. From the exclusive amenities to the attentive service, I felt pampered throughout my stay. The sauna and jacuzzi were top-notch and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Additionally, the private facilities were a huge plus and made me feel like a VIP.
The only minor issue I experienced during my stay was with the breakfast service. While the food was delicious and provided a variety of options, the breakfast area did get quite crowded and it was difficult to find a seat.

Excellent service and convenient amenities. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my special requests. The room was spacious with a nice view and good water pressure. I appreciated the on-site Starbucks and the deli shop across the parking lot. The breakfast selection was fantastic. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Zurich. my experience was great and I would gladly return.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean arrangement of my room at Renaissance. The interiors were bright and refreshing, making it a comfortable stay. Despite some minor supply issues, the hotel staff were smiling and helpful throughout my visit. I particularly appreciated the fact that the floors were not carpeted, as it helped with my allergies. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay.
